We live in a country where, if we follow the flow we will eat poorly.  Ubiquitously available, inexpensive, highly processed foods that offer little nutrition, marketed with great sophistication, is the convenient path most people take.

Healthy eating requires us to take a different path, at least most of the time.  You need to know what you are doing.  And it turns out that what you need to know is pretty simple.
